Preparing Your Church to Grow Into Its Destiny

"So then, those who had received his word were baptized; and that day there were added about three thousand souls." Acts 2:41

The early Christian church, as described in the book of Acts, experienced an amazing outpouring of God's Spirit with explosive growth. No, they weren't perfect, but the portrayal of who they were and what they did gives deep insight into how a successful church flows in its destiny. With these principles clearly implemented in your church, this can be your destiny as well. Earlier we asked 7 Questions that pastors may be afraid to ask. Here are a few more that reveal further issues we can address:

  1. Do I still have passion and drive for my church, or have I allowed conflict and financial stress to discourage my heart?
  2. The neighborhood around my church has changed drastically. How can I connect with a culture different from mine?
  3. Instead of just adding members from other churches, how can I reach the un-churched?
  4. How would I respond to pastors of other churches who desire to network with me and receive credentials from my ministry?

*Regardless of the size of your ministry, you have a destiny in God. Our mission is to give to you the navigational instruments that you need to direct your church toward God's intentions. These, along with strategic map points, will help you plot a course toward your individual and corporate destiny. If invited to assist you, these are some of the ways our ministry can help:

Revisiting and Breathing Spiritual Life into Your Vision... without it you'll perish. Determining the Health of Your Church... what you don't know really can destroy your ministry. Strategic Planning... determining where you are and where you want to go in the next 5-10 years. Empowering Your Leaders... to follow your vision as you follow Christ. Enhancing Pastoral Care... church members are smart. They know if you are caring for them or not. Credentialing... granting the right credentials for the right callings at the right times.Equipping the Saints for Ministry... discovering their gifts and releasing them in your ministry. Influencing Your Community... who are they, where are they and what do they need? No Brainers'... You'd be surprised how many churches don't do these simple things!
